"Canceling was handled well"
I had to cancel my flight and, uh, they took care of it quickly. I got the refund update sooner than I thought I would, so overall it wasn’t a big hassle.

I booked quickly, which was nice. The app is simple to figure out... I mean, I didn’t really have to think too much while using it. There were a few small glitches here and there, but nothing that really stopped me from getting it done.

"Booking was fine, but the policies were hard to find"
The booking itself went okay, but I had to dig around to figure out the refund and change rules before paying. I also got asked to verify myself more than once, which got annoying fast. I made it through in the end, but I really wish they showed the fees and policy details more clearly upfront.

I booked my flight through JustFly because it was cheaper than a few other sites I checked. To be fair, the price they showed actually stayed the same when I got to checkout, which was a relief since I’ve had other sites bump it up at the last second. The fees weren’t terrible either. I do kind of regret not taking a little more time to compare the overall experience, because the layout felt busy and a bit annoying to navigate. Still, price-wise, it was accurate for me.

"Got Help Faster Than I Expected"
I called justfly thinking I’d be stuck on hold for a long time, but it actually went smoothly. I think I only waited around five minutes before someone picked up. I needed help changing my flight, and the person I spoke with handled it without making me call back or go through the same thing twice. it was a nice surprise.

I booked through justfly.com and then ended up needing to change my flight date. i was kinda expecting some random fee to pop up at the end, but the change fee was shown clearly before I paid anything. No guessing, no weird surprise. made it way less stressful than I thought it’d be. Simple overall and yeah, I’d use them again.

"SCAMMERS ALERT!!!!!!!"

I would give them a 0, no customer service and they are not helping you with any issues. westjet is charging $100 to change a name and they are asking for $319, My father is ill and can not fly and they are not willing to divide a group of 4. only advising that i can cancel all 4 tickets and get a penalty of $200 per passanger and airline penalty is $703. Basically penalty of $1500 which is the cost of 2 tickets.
BE AWARE DONT USE JUSTFLY OF FLIGHT HUB as they are a sister company. pure scammers

"Legit overall, but make sure you review everything"
I was a little unsure about using JustFly at first, but from my experience it does seem like a legit site. The booking process was straightforward, and the price I saw matched when I got to checkout. For anyone else booking, I’d just say take your time and watch for the extra add-ons before you pay, because there were a few I had to skip. Overall, I think other customers can feel okay using it, just don’t rush through the details. I’d give it 4 stars

"Refund took forever, but it worked out"
I did end up getting my refund, so I can’t really complain too much, but it took longer than I expected. It was frustrating waiting around for it, even though the process itself wasn’t terrible. So yeah, it was fine in the end, but also kind of annoying

Had to call JustFly about changing something on my booking. The agent I got was actually helpful. Polite, calm, explained the options in a way that made sense.

Still, it took longer than I thought it would. A lot of waiting. Then I had to repeat some of my info, which was a little frustrating. Not the agent’s fault maybe, but still annoying.

Overall, he was professional and nice. No big complaints there. The whole process just needs to be smoother. Not terrible. Just kind of average...

The airline changed my flight time, so I had to call JustFly to get everything fixed. I was on hold for a while, and the choices they gave me were limited, which was frustrating?!
